Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan

MEDICARE SUPPLEMENTS
Medigap plans,  also known as Medicare Supplement plans are secondary to Original Medicare Parts A & B.

These federally regulated plans cover all, or a portion of the costs that Orignal Medicare does not pay.  These plans are accepted by all facilities and doctors that accept Medicare.  Because Medicare Supplements are federally-regulated, coverage is good throughout all 50 states and U.S. territories, and can even include emergency coverage outside the U.S.. Wherever you travel, or permanently move within the 50 states, your Medicare Supplemental coverage moves with you. As long as your premiums are paid, your coverage can never be taken away from you, even regardless of numerous or costly claims.  With no network restrictions, or referrals needed, Medicare Supplements afford the Medicare beneficiary numerous choices of plans to fit their health needs!

Some of the leading Medicare companies we represent are:
United Healthcare (AARP)...Aetna...Transamerica...Mutual of Omaha...IAC...and more

Medicare Advantage Plan

These plans are governed by the private health organization that designs their benefits, co-pays, co-insurance, etc. Typically, these plans are designed for individuals who live in a regional service area, and contract with local facilities and doctors. Some plans offer out-of-network coverage, but bill the beneficiary more than if they saw an in-network provider. Most Medicare Advantage plans are managed by a health maintainance organization (HMO) or by a preferred provider organization(PPO).
Medicare Advantage (MA) is a U.S, health insurance program that serves as a substitute for “Original Medicare”.

Medicare Part D Plan

Part D is Medicare’s prescription drug coverage. The plan is for individuals who have Medicare Part A and/or Part B.
The coverage is governed by the private prescription drug company that offers the plan. There are numerous plans that are offered in one’s service area. Different plans have different premiums, coverage of prescriptions on their formulary, and different co-pay costs, among other variables.
